Outlook Express/Clie Mail Help!

All day I have trying to set this up. In Hotsyn I have:
Clie Mail - sync files set as default
Mail Services - My outlook express

On Clie Mail option I chose "All" and local hot sync

I searched the archives

Please help what am i doing wrong??
