So what is the difference between the T665 and the new TG35?
-Same size
-Same features
-OS 5.2 instead of 4.1
-Faster CPU
-Reengineered buttons (So no excuse any more for not installing some action games)
Are there any reasons to switch to this new device?

It also will have 32 Meg's of RAM and an MP3 player.

The T665 already has an MP3 player. The additional 16 Mbs of RAM, in addition to the faster processor and new OS, are the only compelling reasons that I would give for buying a T35.

I will not be buying another PDA without VG, though, unless it is a smart phone like a Treo 600 that has a 320X320 resolution. The MP3 player is suppose to be better as well.

If you already have a T665C, this model doesn't seem to be an upgrade; rather it seems to be for new purchasers who want a model similar to what you already have, except for a much lower price. Unless, of course, you want/need to run some native armlet accelerated software. Then it's clearly an upgrade.

Sorry, did you mean the TJ35?
Had a look, thought it was even stupider than the T665's buttons.
(At least the T665's buttons looked cool, the ones on the TJ35 seem rather boring and I wonder whether they'll be any better functionally. And the fact that they removed the PgUp/PgDn and moved the scrollwheel to where it used to be is IMHO a really stupid design decision...)

The T615/T665's buttons may have looked cool, but they are awful to actually operate. The TJ35 scroller looks far easier to actually use for navigating up/down lists.
