I am !!!!!!! But I'm not sure yet. Barefeats posted some preliminary tests and the iBook 800 Mhz was pretty close (http://www.barefeats.com/pb17.html). The only difference between them that I can see is the G4, the airport extreme and the aluminum. Besides that they are the same but the Abook is more expensive.

I'll just wait a while for some more tests and then make my decision. If the Abook beats the iBook by a lot then Ill purchase it, if not Ill go with the iBook and save some $$$.

I think I will wait for revision B at least. Cool looking machine though. I like the fact that it is not too big and thus truly portable.

I think the 17" is a bit over the top BTW. Just think you pull it out of its bag in public and then start to do some work. Everyone would be looking at you ;)
