How do I type the shortcut character from my keyboard?

I hate bringing up VG, then writing it with my finger, then entering the characters, then removing the VG.

Any suggestions?

Your should be able to use your keybaord driver to configure the function of those funcion keys.

On my KB100 it's while holding the function key, then press the command key.

Thanks. But I meant the keyboard on an NX70 / NX80.

Well, I dont have a NX70 so I am sure. But I think there should be some hack that will allow yiou to do that.. Good Luck!

Nope, there is no documented way to enter a shortcut character on the built-in NX keyboard. As I said, it's no problem with the KB100.
