All I would like to do is transfer my clie home-movies to my pc, and then email them to friends. I have come across all kinds of obstacles: "picture gear pocket", "ms gate", "unsupported file", and I can't seem to get any information on them...please help!

Go to MSImport on your clie. Tap it and wait to connect to your clie, once it connects open the drive on your PC (it'll come up as a reomovable hard drive, mine comes up as D:). Then make sure you at the top of the file chain and then tap MQ_ROOT then 100MQV01 and your movies should be in there. Then just drag and drop to your desktop and there yah go. They can be viewed in quicktime. If your emailing them to your friends and family i suggest changing the filename to .mqv instead of .mov so that your friends and family will know that it's a real file type.

Enjoy.

Thanks Tek - one more question: When I click on the movie I want to see, I am taken immediately to Picture Gear Studio Photo Album, and then I can't find it anymore! What do I do?

you mean when you click on it in your desktop? Do you have quicktime downloaded? If you don't download it then in the install associate all .mov's to play with quicktime. If you do have it installed then right click on the movie file and go to open with and choose quicktime. And make sure "always open this format with this program" is checked.

Enjoy.

Now that I have finally found the time to figure it out, everytime I open up my movie file with Quicktime, it only plays one movie from the 10 or so I have on my clie. How do I get to choose which movies I can play?
