Dell has another promotion going on. They have 10% off PDA's plus a coupon code for $30 off $350+. The code is 3A865DFB677B which you enter during checkout. Also free shipping and no tax for most states.
The UX50 is $629.99 minus the $30 coupon makes it $599.99. Here's a link to it.

Don't buy it unless you want to wait a long time. My 9/11 order is still out. Gettin' impatient here.

If you want it now, you could go into CompUSA with their unadvertised specials print out and get 10% off automatically until this weekend. That is if you can find any in stock;)

Hey Sneezy,
I ordered mine on 9/17 and it showede that it shipped yesterday(9/22). The main page shows "In Production" but when I click on that the UX-50 has shipped. My 256mb MS has not shipped though!! Maybe yours has shipped also. There seems to be plenty avialable at all the local retailers!

I ordered 2 from Dell, one on 9/11, which arrived last week and the other one on 9/12, it was shipped yesterday, overnight and according to airborne website is to be delivered today! The price was definately worth the wait...$546 for each one!

Argh, I need a new PDA and I need it now, but I can't decide between the Tungsten 3, or this one!
The only thing preventing me from buying the UX50 right now, is the processor speed, and the smaller screen. The damn T3 has a 400mhz xscale.

Okay, I checked again, clicked on "In Production" and it still says "items are delayed, attempting to fill your order blah blah blah."
Something's not quite right here, if people who ordered after me are getting their UXs.
I don't have a computer store for over an hour away from where I live. I can't make it there now, and if I could, I wouldn't pay $700+tax for it.
I tried calling the online number, but I get stuck on a recorded message that says the same thing the website does.
I agree Sneezy. People who ordered after you should not have there orders filled before you. Definitely Call. BTW, I am the unregistered that has the shipping UX. If it makes you feel better, my UX seems to be stuck at the Ohio sort facility for Airbourne Express.
