I'd like to be able to email a couple of weeks of my datebook appointments to some coworkers. So far the only way I've figured oiut how to do it is to print it out, scan the printed pages, and send them as jpeg attachments.
Surely there must be some way to print to a readable text file that I could just cut-and-paste from.

Here is one application that shows a lot of promise, but it's mostly for wireless, but seems to have potential. For printing, there are not many choices.

In the past I used Bug me Messenger, I captured the screen with a pen stroke and it created an image in the bugme Messenger (I could circle or jot notes to the image), then I chose the recipients e-mail addresses and during Hotsync they will reach the recipients as a .jpg file. The problem is that BM Messenger doesn't support Hi res as far as I know.
May be there is another program that lets you do something similar.
