ANyone notice the little compartment in the lower left side?

This got lost in the Great Purge, so I'll try it again. Please not that this is not a thread too talk about the size and/or price of the NZ.
Look at the lower left side. There is a panel with a single Phillips head screw. It is a different color than the rest of the unit. Any theories? The battery and mem card are on the other side...

Actually, there is one on the NR70V! Go on, check it out! I opened my up (good thing Sony doesn't know! :) and there's really noghing but a belty thing, a few wires, and a chip. I think Sony uses it to repair the Palms.
