Screen Display all White

HI

After an accident in blowing up the motherboard in my NX70V, I replaced the motherboard and now I get the startup Sony Clie sound but the screen is all white. It doesnt look like any wiring is loose. Is the the screen hosed too ?

I wouldn't think so, but double-check that all the connectors were reinstalled correctly and are well seated and even.

What do you mean by 'blowing up' the motherboard?:confused:

I had the NX70V connect to a 4 port USB and decided one to plug in the AC adapter that came with the USB. Too bad it was the wrong AC adapter with an output of 10v instead of 5 v.

After that the NX70V would not tune on at all and made a soft clicking noise .

ohh...You need to send in for repair...do not try to repair it your own as it is not worth it. Who know? You might get a new set free if still got warranty.
