problems with MedRules

i have repeatedly downloaded, installed and uninstalled Medrules, but it is not working on my pda. i keep getting a message that NSBRuntime is not install...but i swear i did!

anyone encounter the same problem? please help!

Never had a problem with the software before, but you may want to reinstall the version of runtime that came with the app. You may have an old version of runtime.

I suggest that you delete the NSBRuntime installed on the Palm, do a soft reset then install MedRules and NBRuntime again.
This should clean up any strange things floating around in your palm before installing it again.
