Warfare Inc. will run from MS in full screen

In case you missed my post on the other Warfare thread the game does run properly in full screen mode if all files are installed on the memory stick. Download the zip file directly from Handmark, not the *.exe file and put all four files needed on the MS.

When I had only the database and main prc on the card with the two other files in main memory it did not run properly.

No offense, but I find this hard to believe since I just did a binary compare of the two sets of files and they are IDENTICAL.

im sure they are identical. but if others did what i did and installed the *.exe file to internal memory w/o paying attention to how many files were being installed and then moved only the visible, obvious files to the MS, then the game did not run properly. by installing the files individually, all four of them, to the card, it does run properly.

I found these 4 files in the program directory on my PC in the Handmark folder and installed them directly to the memory stick and it runs from the MS "full-screen". Many thanks for the tip....

I'm pretty sure I only installed three files for Warfare Inc., I don't think the graphics accelerator is neccesary on OS5 machines.

These are the files I installed:

htdata824.pdb
htsfx.pdb
Warfare Incorporated.prc

if you are having trouble running it from the memory stick, make sure you have enough handheld memory free because PalmOS cannot run apps directly from the MS, it temporarily copies it to the handheld memory to run it.

I've not tried Warfare Inc on a Hi-Res+ screen yet. Must be awesome
