apple mail app/conduit problem

I keep getting error #16387 in my hot sync log when trying to use this new app to me. I opened apple maill conduit, dragged to conduits; it shows up in conduits but won't allow me to double click that- Conduit alert! Mail.app launch & try again-
Any ideas?

I had similar issues.. make sure that, when you sync, the mail application is activated. Make sure, in the conduit settings, you have the mailboxes you want to sync all highlighted, (and the appropriate boxes and selections as well-- is "clie Mail" selected... it's not the default!--) If those don't work, I suggest redownloading the conduit and trying it all again.
