Skyscape error

I am trying to install the trial version of 5min CC 2003. the install goes fine but when i click on the icon, it either freezes at the "powered by skyscape" screen or causes an error "memory mgr.c line:3675 invalid ptr".

this is on a sony clie tg-50. i have tried blocking the autoupdater net access and still same result. 5min ER is same, however 5min cardiac and the pocket er guide both work fine.

any idea whats going on here>?
