I am keeping project notes in memo right now and was wondering if there was something bettter. I also need to have a desktop counterpart as I enter info into Outlook Notes also.
Any suggestions.

You should check out Shadow, from www.CodeJedi.com. It's a terrific outliner program with an outstanding, responsive developer. I registered it ages ago, and it just keeps getting better & better!!

Shadow Plan is excellent. I also use HPC notes from Phatware; it allows you to keep multiple notepad databases. They offer a free version for Palm but you need to buy the full version if you need desktop sync. For my use I find the full version worth it. http://www.phatware.com/
Also, both developers offer excellent supports, amazingly responsive.

I use DayNotez and the integration with the Outlook Journal is very good. It also has a separate PC component if you do not want to use the Journal in Outlook.
