how many ways can i get my nx70v online

like i know i can do it thru my wireless card that i got but i was wondering if there was some kind of way to maybe put a 56k modem on there and connect online from a cell phone or dial up setting from lets say a hotel. im gonna be traveling alot soon thats why i asked. anything helps thanks

I'm kinda new around here, but I think the NX70 supports a bluetooth card. In which case you could buy that card and a cellphone with bluetooth and connect to the internet that way. I'm not 100% is this works with the NX70, but I think it does.

i think the option you want is the compact flash modem. it connects to the CF slot on the NX and then theres a phone jack to plug into.

you have to get a certain brand becuase there are only a few drivers avialible to the Clie. do a search on        pretec     in this forum i think thats the modem that works well with the clie series. you cant just buy the card and ge tit to work you have to download hte drivers. do the search and ask around you wont find the driver on the company site.

Yes it does work. very well too. i have the BT memory stick and a Sony Ericsson T616(T610 if you live in europe) that has bluetooth. the funny thing is that when the phone is closer to the clie the speed is faster. but yea the NX can use the BT card.
