I have the cradle for nr-70v but the nr-70v is broken and i want to buy a nx70v on ebay.
i'm wondering if the cradle for my nr70v will work on nx70v?
how about the software? the palm desktop software?

The cradle is exactly the same however for the software you would have to order the cd from sony for $10-$15.

Well the cradle is almost the same. The NR has a petrusion on the clear Plexiglass part that my get in the way, if so cut it off.
