yellow light while charging?

does anyone with an NX70v get a yellow light when charging their unit? Lately it has started showing a green light (on) while charging and now a yellow one, leading me to believe both lights are on. Similar experiences, anyone?

Perfectly normal. The orange indicates that it is charging. Green means that it is on, and if in the cradle, fully charged.

I think I've been experiencing quite a similar problem, it might be due to the connectors & all the cords that connects to the NX70. Those connectors tends to get loose due to wear & tear through time. Then even when you got it connected & whereas the NX70 is suppose to be charging, the orange light goes really light, maybe because the connectors are not fully intacted, so you're not actually giving a good charge & the orange light goes very dim. Is that somewhat the same case you're experiencing?

So I always double check that all the connectors are fully intact, otherwise the dim lights comes on but then the CLIE isn't charging at its' full speed. :(

it's not a dim light of either color, it's a bright yellow. i do believe it a problem with the connections though.

I have never seen that! It's either green or orange in color! If your getting something different, then there is a problem. Unfortunately, I do not know what it means or why.

I too just got this problem. Ok heres what happened.
Clie is in cradle, fully charged and im listening to music. The green light is glowing. I take it out of the cradle and carry it to my kitchen. I come back 30 secs later and place the Clie back in the cradle. Music stops and a yellow light is glowing, and screen isnt working. I do a soft reset and everything is normal.

This happens when a connector is loose, and it turns both the green and orange led on and the lights combine to form a brighter orange-ish yellow. I think the loose connectors trick it to turn both the leds on at once. This has happened to me many times, it was solved by adjusting the connector to the charger on the back of the cradle.

I've also been experiencing this problem recently myself. It's definitely the loose connectors, I even have occasional problems while charging my NX70, the orange is ON, but then the unit isn't really charging at full capacity. :(

I THOUGHT it was only myself.

What I do is connect the charger and push down just a bit to make sure there is contact...

Seems a 3rd party USB synch cable with a VERY SNUG fit is more successful at charging than my OEM charger =/

I want to make my LED light up yellow too. Unfortunately I haven't seen that yet.

well...I don't think it is a bad connection. Because this has happened to be a few times.

It is sometimes yellow. It also turns from orange to green and after a while, back to orange. Don't know what it was but it still works.

i have blinking yellow and orange lights. have to plug out and in again. so i dunno if my clie is really fully charged nowadays...
