I am pleased to announce a contest where you can win a free copy of HW Diary Plus. I have noticed that there is a lot of interest on the forum for educational applications.
This is what you need to do to be eligible:
1) Download HW Diary Plus:
http://www.varibyte.com/hwdiaryplus.php
2) Post Your Comments to this thread
The Rules:
Three lucky posters, chosen at random, will receive a FREE copy of HW Diary Plus.
Of course only one entry per person.
Here is some information about HW Diary Plus:
HW Diary Plus is an enhanced version of HW Diary positioned for students in high school and college. Homework and grade views can be sorted and filtered, and "action based homework editing" allows users to enter assignments quickly and easily. The application costs $9.95. It is currently available for half price to the first 27 registered users.

I'm also in!
here are my comments: I like the homework alarm, and the ease of putting in and managing homework and tests. however there I also have a few suggestions (or featureds that werent entirely clear to me). First, I liked the ablilty to put grades into the program, but it would be nice if those grades could be added together so that a student could know how they were doing in the class overall. Also, I noticed that in the Homework dialog box, when you enter an assignment, it does not show up untill you click on the "done" checkbox (this seems to be backwords, as the homework assignment should dissappear when you hit the done box).
Anyway, I hope this was helpful to you.

I'm in!
I currently use student for my timetable, but that has a few faults. My largest one is, only supports up to 1 hour periods! My periods are an hour, 15 minutes. Also, I love the feature of putting your marks in, I do that with my date book right now (first I put the date of the test, then when I get the mark back, I go and put the mark in the entry. With this, it'll be much easier. I'd love to get this software.

Sure, I'm in !!!
Comments: For my timetable I just made one in Docs to Go Excel but it doesn't work to well. For homework and assignments I use Due Yesterday but if both of these could be put together in one awsome programs then HW Diary is right for me!!

This is a pretty good app, but I going to stick with Due Yesterday.
I like how Yesteday has a week view feature. Maybe if this app had that, I might consider it. I like Due Yesterday interface too.
This application is very good. Don't get me wrong, I just favor Yesterday. Yesterday is also $9.95 cheaper than this program.;)
