I have an NX70V. I just purchased a Holux GPS Receiver. The instructions show to plug it in into a USB port on my computer. But, the Holux unit does not have a USB connection... :(

It only has an additional extension that connects to the car lighter.

What am I doing wrong??? Am I missing something???

Thanks!

Assuming you bought the Mapopolis GPS/Map bundle, there should be a connector that plugs into the serial port (hotsync port) on the bottom of your NX. If you don't have that connector, and only have a USB connector, methinks you bought the wrong model (ala Pocket PC).
You do not need to connect to a computer to use the GPS function. If you have the Mapopolis app, it will use the GPS signal from the Holux GPS mouse. You will need maps though, which can be found/downloaded at Mapopolis. Again all dependant on wether you bought the MApopolis bundle. If you just bought a standalone GPS mouse, "Cetus GPS(freeware)" or "Geoniche" are good PALM GPS programs.
The cigarette power is for use in the car to power either the NX, or the NX and GPS mouse. Didn't really check the specs that much.
