T615C Not recharging

My T615C will not recharge! I tried a soft reset and a hard reset and that didnt work. Now the battery is dead and I even tried a new charger on it...still nothing! HELP!

Did you verify that the Clie and the base are connected and power is going between them? When the Clie is seated properly, the light on the base glows green. Perhaps the plug isn't seated properly?

Sorry if these are obvious responses, but you didn't say what you had tried.

try to reset your battery:

press up botton then reset botton and wait for 15 sec.
release reset then wait about 3 sec and release up botton
soft reset again and charge your clie
