There is an application for NR70V named Vivid. Although NR70V is not capable of recording movie, with this application it can record movies with up to 320x320 resolution !!!

I think if this software is released for NX70V we can record with high resolution.
Isn't that good ?

I asked the developer about NX70V compatibility and they replied saying that they will release a version as sson as they can.

Is there any such software for NX70V ?

Vivid works also no the NR - at least on mine.

I have little bit my doubts about the prog, namely after capture I wanna see it on my Desktop resp. edit it. And therefore I need at least Quicktime + ...

Did somebody already some conversions? And if so, are they achievable in an easy way?

I emailed Vivid support last week about this and they stated that in order for them to develop software for the NX70V they need Sony to release documentation and specs on the camera. Until they do they cannot create the software.

hey sony whats the matter with you, release the api's already!!!  Developers are waiting at your door step to enhence your customers experience with your products.  Better apps means more sells for you!!!

Its the same issue all over again - whenever we want great new appls and have developers ready to build them, we hit the Sony Stop button. Why don't Sony relaize the quicker they release the APIs docimentation, the quicker they will have more appls available for their products and potentially the more customers they will get!
