I have been trying to load Iambic office/mail on my NX for the last two weeks. However, every time I do, the mail program locks up when I try and run it, causing me to have to perform a soft reset.
I contacted Iambic by email but except for one short message, I have gotten no responses.
Has anyone else had this problem? Is it an OS5 problem?
I would appreciate nay help anyone could give me. I been an action name user for a long time and would like to start using iambic mail with or without offfice.

BEiermann: I had the same problem with iambic mail 3.05 when I first installed it. I think it was because I hotsync'ed too soon (need to run iambic mail before hotsync the first time)

you might want to try remove all iambic mail files first. install it again. Then run iambic at least once before you do another hotsync to sync ur emails over. this solved my problem

N X: yes it's possible. iambic mail allows you to get emails from pop server and sync w/ your outlook/outlook express/eudora as well. just right click your hotsync icon, select custom, and change the option of iambic mail conduit. then select sync between pc/pda or pc>pda or pda>pc. in the center you should see the email program that iambic mail is using to sync with. btw I believe these instructions are in the manual anyway. why ask before you even run into any problem.

Outie, Iambic Mail lockups immediately when launch for the first time. I don't get the opportunity to establish email setup.
I have erased the program numberous times with no success.
Any more suggestions?

Try a warm reset, then a soft reset, then re-install.

Tried your suggestion that with no success. I think it may be time to move on.

I use Iambic mail, but for WiFi and it works great. I don't sync with the desktop. It gave me no trouble what so ever since I installed it.
