memory issues

Does anyone have any advise on memory management for the NX-70? Mine is currently almost maxed out, and while I have a couple memory sticks, there are many applications that I prefer to/or will only run from the internal memory. I have tried using the trash can icon on the Clie, but I don't think it is listing all the files. Also, every time I sync up with my pc, it seems like some of the files I deleted are back. Any advise???
