Everytime I install an application, at the end, the Syncing program (HotSync) states that it's 'restoring' the databases, and I have to click on "Reset." Then I have to re-categorize the applications (not all, just some) and re-set the time. This has not occurred until today. I need help. TIA.

Andrew,
What programs have you installed in the last few days? I suspect that one of those programs is causing a conflict with the install routine. You should remove them one by one until you find the culprit.

Good idea, Jim. I guess I still don't think of PDAs as computers, but I should.
