That is an entirely subjective question. In my opinion YiShow is the best Launcher on my NX70V!

I like LX, however I hate the support for it, I wish I had never bought it and fell in love with zlauncher instead... the reason why I like lx is that it is very clean, fast, and takes up little space... anyways, most people will say zlauncher and if you judge a program by it's support it will win hands down any day.

My choices are Megalauncher v3.22 for a 320x320 screen device and ZLauncher for 320x480 screen device.

I use either YiShow or ZLauncher on my T665C. I have LX on my computer backups somewhere too, but it's so "plain" compared to the other two that I don't even keep it installed in RAM anymore. There are MANY different launchers out there for you to try though, even beyond the main ones listed in this thread so far (like Facer, CRSLauncher, etc.), so just take some time and test them out for yourself. I have a simple grid comparison of the "big four" replacement launchers up at http://www.LaunchPlug.com/Launcher_chart.html that might help out a bit. It doesn't have any info on the recently released MegaLauncher 4.0 though.

I like LauncherX. It's clean interface and the fact I can organize my apps into different folders/directories is great. The shortcut files are also handy.

The drawback to this is if I change to a different launcher now, I lose the directory structure and will have to move most apps into the Palm/Launcher. This'll be a pain in the %$$ to do.
