NX equivalent of 'NR Buttons' app?

Has anyone found an app that allows for the appearance of shortcut buttons on the NX's status bar (under the virtual graffiti area)?

I just saw my friend's NR which had 'NR Buttons' installed, and he had the memo, notepad, addressbook and todo soft buttons in the space between the memory stick and volume control icon.

Yes, try OKey v1.1 (download from Palmgear). It adds physical buttons for up and down onto the status bar, plus it has hidden buttons over the battery (Datebook button) and left (Address), center (Todo), and right (Memo) of the clock area, when you choose the Scroll Up/Down option.

And you should go get yourself a copy of McPhling. Version 5.10 supports calling it from the status bar. You can have it set to activate by hitting a particular status bar button, or you can swipe between two of the buttons. This gives you a list of favorite and recent apps, which somewhat replaces the NR Buttons list.

I emailed the creators of NR Buttons and they indicated an NX version is in the works and will email current NR users and those who request emails for the new app. I asked to be notified.

Thanks cc.. I just checked Stanalone's web site and saw the information about an upcoming NX version of the same.. yahoo... :)
