NX Skins vs. NR Skins?

My review of the "skins" download section of cliesource has me somewhat confused. Is there any way to tell which skins are for the NX series (OS5) and which are for the NR series (OS4)? I am mainly interested in the Yishow skins, VG skins and Status Bar skins. Has there been any thought about having a section for already OS5-ready skins?

The author usually says if the skin works with the NX in the comments...that's it so far.
