Ive had a lot of trouble getting the CF utility i preloaded to delete so that I can attempt loading the cf drivers..howeverso far from what i read..id need to load up a hacked version of the movie player and audioplayer as well and thus far..im not too pleased with that prospect.

Tho I havent tried using it to its fullest yet (ie movies and mp3s)< i'm still liking Eruware.. does anyone still use it and if so i have a question.

Have you gotten locked up when using the video recorder?..if so..howd you circumvent this?

Trayip, i thank you before on the advice but after loading Filez...I still wasnt able to remove the files you specified...any chance for an assist again? I want to still possibly give this a go so that I can possibly use the CF card without any headaches of Eruware incompatibilities..(tho i dislike loading hacked stuff to make it my fave parts - mp3's and video -...work.

I gave up on Eruware when the hacked programs came out. I emailed Eruware a problematic video file and never heard back. The hacked video player worked fine so I switched.

Nah, im using NX drivers too.

Ive still got Eruware ones on my MS if i want to change, but rarely do.

Bottom line is, NX ones offer lots more at the moment, better video playback my far, better speed on most apps, works with Data Import, and there are now new apps that make the NX driver as functional as the Eruware.

Use the NX Driver by Pelaca, which includes Data Import (no need for a card reader, use the same way as MS Import, but for both MS and CF!)

Get 'Clie Mounter' by CliePet, to mount and unmount both MS and CF (like CF Utility with Eruware)

And get the new UX Audio and Video players if you want to be able to use these apps with both cards inserted as just switch between the card you want!!

Great!

I’ve try the CF Utlity but unfortunately, the DataImport / DataExport doesn’t work with my NZ90. I performed lot of tests on 4 differents PC (Windows XP and Windows 2000) with 3 different CF Cards… I performed the Tray’s installation guide step by step

I’ve asked a lot of questions here, I get few answers :(

Very disappointed :(

i just installed the cf utility and so far im pleased with it....I'll have to wait a few more days of testing before I make my final decision..but so far..I like it.

MATTYJ...where are those new ones you mentioned...are they better than what Tray put up in his post about CF for newbies?
