I was searching for a Krussell case for my new Clie and had come upon this company. They offered free shipping and a reasonable price on the cases. However, they sent me a case for an Apple ipod instead. A week and a half after contacting them I have not received any type of communication or the correct case. A call to them today revealed that the person I spoke to was "out of the office" and no record of a replacement case being sent out was found.
