any software are able to make attendance list, which cancels the column when u tap it?
better if it supports 320*480

You may be able to use HandyShopper. I'm not quite sure how you want to set this up, but HS will remove an item when you check it off.

but quite informal...
like using MS paint to do word processing...

I think sunburst makes teacher software for palm os.

Actually there are a number of teacher based packages. I use one called Teachers PET, because I can do all of my processing on my PDA. It does have a desktop option, but it doesn't require it. TPET does have a nice attendance feature, but it is a full gradebook for your Palm.
