On the home page of ClieSource is a review for Bible with you. Not sure how you could miss it?

If you go to Palmgear and type "bible" in the search window you'll get a complete list of avalable bible software.

Just a few that I know of are:

Bibles:

MyBible www.laridian.com
BibleWithYou www.gmpsoft.com
Bible+ palmbibleplus.sourceforge.net
BibleReader www.olivetree.com
Bible Reader www.asaisoft.com

Bible Study Programs:

DailyReader www.laridian.com (MyBible, 11 devotionals )
Devotions www.devotions.ca (MyBible, BWY and B+, 17 dev)
BibleReadMe www.olivetree.com (BibleReader)

You can also search these forums for reviews and opinions on the many programs available out there. I think you might find that a bit more useful than a Palmgear search for Bibles. I did that once and was flooded by one particular "brand" of Bible.

There's a huge thread in the Clie "apps" section on Bibles as well. Quite comprehesive with opinions on most of the Bible proggies listed above.

I personally use Bible reader and I think it is great, they have a version for NX (use of hi res+), but is still in beta.

Can anybody who uses many of them (there are some people good in this in the forums), make a classification and rate them?.

Bible Thumper is one of the best I have ever used, It uses hir res + and it is so fast at doing searches. You can also get other add-ons for it. Great app! www.patdouble.com

Also, check out Quickverse PDA, www.quickverse.com, which has the Life Application Bible available. Family Christian Stores are having a 25% off sale today on everything in the store, which brings this down to $30.

I've been trying Bible With You and it's great. You can even get a free limited license for it at http://www.gmpsoft.com

I have most all everyone has listed but My Bible by Laridan is fastest and more stable. Also has highlighter in many colors.

My favourite Bible app is Bible With You. As for studying the Bible, I often use also Bible Explorer With You that comes with very helpful reference databases.

I also used to read the reviews in handheldministry.com until I noticed that they are quite biassed. One could see that even from the ordering of the Bible applications in the comparison chart. Also, from the frequency of review updating. The reviews for the first two products are being updated even before a new version release, while the Bible With You review is still for version 2.53 even though BWY 4.0 has already been released. That is why I can't trust their reviews.
When it comes to comparing Palm software, I much prefere to trust Palmgear. I have used them for different kinds of Palm apps and my observations show that the best quality apps come first in the search results. I suppose that this is the case with Bible apps too.:D

It really doesn't matter whick of the programs above that you use as long as you stick to the original King James version. All others are heresy and an abimination to God...

My Bible from Laridian, that several others have mentioned here, also utilizes the hires+ screen, so you can go full 320x480, if you like, in addition to the highlighter colors that were also mentioned. Those highlighter colors are also a very nice feature. Oh, and at least in the NIV translation I use, it has the words of Christ in red, like some print Bibles do.

As for the comment I quoted above, dude, if you're going to criticize others, at least use the right spelling....it's "abomination", not "abimination".

Do not judge, lest you be judged.
