Has anyone had any problems encoding with Image Converter? I will convert a MPEG and the conversion completes without any problems.

These files are about 1 Hr each.

When I play it back on my NX70 with the hacked CF driver, some videos play fine, but some will freeze, although the audio continues to play. The NX70 freezes up too.

If I hard-reset and load up my Movie Player, and then go to a point in the movie after the "freezing point", it will continue to play fine.

It seems like there is some encoding glitch that causes the freeze-up.

Mostly that is the problem of the source file. You need to check your MPEG file. Maybe you can try to re-encode the video by using TMPGEnc.

Of course, there maybe other possible causes (especially using CF)...

BTW, you always "hard" reset when video freezed your CLIE? Instead of soft reset?

Oops. Thanks for catching my misteak (hehe)...

I meant soft-reset, not hard-reset.
