665 MS SCSI Driver Problems

I have a new 665 and have serious MS SCSI driver problems. I have reloaded the software many times. Prior to purchasing the new 665 I have been using a 615 with the memory stick fully accessible on the PC, (Vaio laptop running XP). I’ve downloaded the patches on the Sony site for the 665 but the Memory Stick remains not accessible although you can see it on the PC. If I take the Memory Stick out pf the 665, put it into the 615 I have full access and can download to it normally and then place it back into the 665 and it works fine. Any ideas? Two hours that ended up at “Level 3” at Sony tech help gave me nothing I hadn’t already tried. Any help is very much appreciated. :(

Two things to try. Install MS Export, then try MS Import w/o actually running MS Export. You may need to reinstall the T665C XP patch after MS Export. Second thing is to try running MS Import on the handheld while the device screen on the PC for the MS driver is open.
