GPS Software?

Any recommendations on GPS software?? I'm considering getting an Delorme Earthmate (the new one with Bluetooth).:D

 Biggest considerations:

1. Average Map Sizes (in MB)

2. Ease of use.

3. Performance (UX/NX platform)
