I've had my NX-70V for about 2 weeks now (upgraded from a Visor Prism) and am absolutely loving it. But also fighting the same good fight as all the other NX owners--not enough free RAM. Have been "experimenting" with JackFlash and PowerRun (not necessiarily at the same time). However--I have a prob. I'm running Docs to Go Premium (v5.004) and it's not recognizing my MS. The DataVis support site suggests (in doc 12755) to remove and reinsert the MS while DTG is running to force it to recognize the MS. That doesn't work (at least on my Clié). When I reinsert my MS, I get a "Fatal Alert MemoryMgr.c, line 3564 NULL Handle". Can't seem to find a fix or explaination on this error. I CAN remove and reinsert the MS in MegaLauncher, the Clié/Palm Launcher and others. Did I miss a system patch from Sony? Does OS 5 just not like DataViz? Is the moon in the wrong phase? I'm stumped. Anyone have any ideas (possibly even helpful ones)? ;-)
Thanks!!
Jeff

I am not sure about your prob. I have used docs to go off the MS by moving the different parts using powerrun. I no longer use d2go except excel (from flash) anymore as I switched to wordsmith. Are you using std MS or MS pro? Are you running different parts of the program from flash AND off MS? Need more info.
My first question is did you move Docs to Go in the manner stated by dataviz? That would be the first issue to look at. I have an NX, Docs to Go and have both an MS and MSPro.

Did you select "card" in the PC's desktop DTG app?
Under Catagories?

I'm also using Docs to go version 5.004 in my NX, I have part of it in MS (WordToGo, SheetToGo, and SlideshowToGo), the rest of the files MUST remain in RAM. The easy way would be to have everything in RAM. I have some documents in MS (in the category you put "MS").
I have Jackflash, but I don't have any Docs2Go files there.
Please let me know if I can further help.

I have a standard memory stick (128MB). I _belive_ that I moved components per DataVis' instructions. But--I'm not sure. I do not have the MS listed in the categories on the Clié OR on the desktop application. I'm gonna totally uninstall DTG (on the Palm AND the desktop) and reload it from scratch and be extra careful to see where I lose it. Also, I have not really used JackFlash to heavily--just messed around with it (and not with DTG components). I have not used PowerRun (yet). Going to wait and see what I need to do to resolve this DTG -vs- MS issue first.

I finally got things fixed. After sending ANOTHER e-mail to DataViz, I finally go an answer from them. They asked if my MS worked on the wife's T665C. They also asked if her MS worked on my Clié. The answers turned out to be No and Yes respectively.
Anyhow--using MS Import/Export, I copied my MS to my hard drive, used Palm's Cark Info to format the MS and copied my data back to the MS (again, using MS Import/Export). DTG now sees my MS again!
Apparently, I formatted my MS with a 3rd-party file manager and it doesn't format a MS the same way that Palm's Card Info does.
