How to uninstall add-on application on NX80V?

I have a couple of free trial add-on application that I can no longer use. How can I completely uninstall those application (and their files)? I am not sure which files are related to the applications.
Please help.

Go to the Sony default launcher. Use the pulldown menu and select delete. Then scroll down the list to find the application you want to delete and delete it. If it is installed to the memory stick before your delete, move it into RAM first.

BEFORE you do anything, make a backup of the Clies RAM using MS Backup, just in case! ;)
