Frustrating Wifi on NX70

No matter how many different option I try I cannot log into the networks around town like my laptop can.

Has anyone had luck with the WiFi Card lately

I have no clue as to what the error is. At home my Sony WiFi Clie works like a charm. I am sure the driver in your laptop is more sophisticated than what is in the Clie. What formats are the other sites running? Do they use short or long preamble? Do they use leap? I think we sometimes fail to realize that a little pocket PDA is only capable of so much.

I have spent so much time trying to configure the little buddy and then I went to a friends house that is using netgear for I am using linksys here.

I decided to give up and wait for an easier wifi program, there is just to much hassle for me for I travel around alot.

I guess I will be on my laptop still, so I returned the wifi card just now.

I biggest problem I have is time, I just do not have the time to configure.

I've been getting the same error, is it a common thing, or Should I exchange my card?
