I'm all for (as i stated in another thread) that i think post limits in this forum should be raised to 75 posts, as we are all mature here now, and 75 wont bring back UDT.................... just MHO.
Besides we always get into really good discussions that are cut off by the 50, and not everyone always knows where the first thread is when a new one in created......

75 is better but imho it will still be cut off, only now by 75.
It doesn't seem like the post limit prevents any posting, it just results in a topic being spread across five different posts as each one gets shut down, making it even harder to make sense of this forum. If all the posts on a given topic stay under the same original topic, it's much easier to follow the discussion and know what's a new topic and what's not.
As for preventing the return of the UDT, maybe there should be some really high limit, like 500 posts, or 10 days.

It doesn't really matter what we think, does it? We've complained before and suggested improvements but rarely is anything done or said.
Now to get this thread moved to Comments/Suggest...

I agree w/ the 75 post limit, thus we have a little more time to carry on the discussion, but it keeps it from getting to out of hand. The 50-post limit does have the benefit of keeping the topics new, this way the conversation is never too stale:)
