Searching files

Can anyone explain how to find a specific file? In some threads people mention files which would be available in the files section. I tried one of those files (dune2.jpg), but found no way of searching for it; I went through the directory structure and ended up scrolling through endless pages until I found it. Seems very inefficient.

Hi Rob,

I fear this option is not (yet?) available on this otherwise great site. I've searched for it myself shortly, but couldn't find it either.
