T665 two weeks old worked till this afternoon. Now:
1. press on button--nothing happens
2. Soft reset--goes through reset process and then when I see the date and time preference screen and I think it has successfully reset, a blue oval then appears with the word hold in white letters, and the machine shuts off
3. If I push the reset button while holding the middle switch pushed up, it does power on. I can use it (but sound does not work) , but when I turn it off, the machine is locked again.
4. This may or may not be related but whenever I do a plain soft reset and it turns itself back on, there is no sound during the CLIE demo part.
Any ideas ?
