I synch my SJ30 at home to OS X 10.2.3 while at work I'm use a PC (ugh). The first time I tried to synch to the iMac it automatically launched iSync even though I only wanted to just go to Palm Desktop. I reinstalled Palm Desktop and now it works fine with the Clie. But now I can't use iSync. My device is not recognized. I turned off the HotSync app, and followed all the instructions in the help file to properly connect, but no dice. What am I doing wrong? One other thing, I'm using a non-Sony USB cable which also draws power from the USB port. Could that be a factor? The Sony issue gear is at work connected to the PC.
Second question. Why do I get duplicate and even triplicate entries for day entries like Christmas or Labor Day but not for normal appointments? Does it have anything to do with using 2 different computers to synch to? Thanks.
