It does have 16MB heap, I am not sure if the NX80 also has the full 16MB

I like the backup memory --- saves me from having to do it to a card like I do now.

I like seperating the built-in apps. 16 FULL MB for user storage is a bonus... most units give you 11 or 13 MB after they stuff they throw in. IF this works out right it is LOTS combared to the 6MB I've shoehorned my stuff in for 2 - 3 years.

The 29MB Flash memory still concerns me - I'm waiting to hear that that is limited somehow. If it is true wide-open memory - great! If it is ONLY for Voice memo files, photos, movies, then I may have a problem with it...

I'm not accustomed to Clie's so I don't understand the heap memory concept -- yet. I'm hoping its like some sort of garbage dump for various temporary storage... But I'll see...
