How can I watch videoclips on NR70V

Hi,
I have a couple of .avi files that I can watch on my computer with Windows Media player, how can I view them on my Clie as well? I take it I have to convert them? Is there a shareware or do I have to buy a program? Thanks a lot for your help,

Kinoma Producer works well. It's $30, but worth it if you're going to be doing that sort of thing a lot. Check it out at www.kinoma.com

You can use Picturegear to convert it for gMovie, but the quality is not very good (Kinoma is MUCH better).
