Does hard resetting work?

Don't hard reset!. Just use a file manager like in ZLauncher, McFile, myWB, Filez... to delete it. That is all I did.

If you have any stubborn files, change the file type to libz, do a soft reset and then delete it. The reason for the soft reset, is so the file won't be loaded and locked by the OS.

I have no idea which files to delete to uninstall the Flash Update..

I see the following files which might be relate to Flash Player:
- index.swf [hidden]
- MMFlashLib
- MMFlash
- MMFlashStorage

Is it safe to rename all those files to "libz" and delete them?

I don't know, if it's in RAM then I would think you can. I never installed the update as the Flash player didn't really do anything for me. I have nothing in RAM for either the NX80 or NX70, except for a small db file. So deleting them should not hurt anything, other than initially crash it. The original player is in ROM, so you can't hurt it!

Over-clocking just leads to instability.
