What's the best word processing app for the NX, and why?

Well....Word to GO...assuming that it is OS5 compatible has been rated as the best by a number of different websites, and recommended by cliesource members...
It was shown (in a website test) that WTG performed better than even the Microsoft handheld versions of word and excel that are available on PPC. I think that says a lot...It is even MORE compatible with desktop WORD and EXCEL than the PPC versions of WORD and EXCEL.
Quite interesting. Way to go MicroSoft.

I've tried both Docs To Go (Came with my Clie) and WordSmith (Came with my old Treo 90 :) ) and I much prefer WordSmith, although I keep SheetToGo around for the excel part of things.

WordSmith is the best word processor to create docs on the Palm, Doc to Go is the best sync for docs created on the PC with Word.
I use both happily.

sheen's right: create with wordsmith, sync with doc to go.

Just like they said: for writing on your Clie, WordSmith is the best, bar none.
In addition, their customer service is top notch.

Can you create docs in Wordsmith that will open in Word on the PC?

Does Wordsmith/DocToGo Hotsync With WordPerfect 10?

I think that WordSmith is the best wordprocessor for the Palm OS. I create complex documents on the road, sync them when I get home, and they always look the same on the PC as on my T665C. True WYSIWYG--awesome product. Hotsync to/from MS Word is easy and flawless. Uses rtf format on the PC-side, so works with any PC wordprocess that supports rtf, but only integrates directly into Word's menu system. DTG was on my Sony CD, but I much prefer WordSmith.

Wordsmith used to have a huge lead here, and it's still tops IMO, but the others, such as Docs2Go, have made up a lot of ground while WS has not had any kind of update in quite awhile.

I switched all my WordSmith Stuff to Docs2GoPre and find it quite useful. I just decided to do it as to give D2G a chance, as I've always had my WordSmith on my device.

How do you do that? WS does not sync with the card as far as I know. Tell us all!
Thanks,

MS Word is Microsoft Word, not Memory Stick.

I like Word Smith but... my only peeve is they have not bothered to upgrade it so that you can store the Dictionary/Thesaurus on MS without 3rd party software. C'mon Blue Nomad extended memory is not new anymore!!
