Clie Remote Control

For CLIE RMC program, under "Select"->New->Category,
There are 4 choices only
1) VCR
2) TV
3) DVD
4) AV-AMP

How is it possible to remote control a VCD Player???

I´dont know if theres a way with the Clie RMC, but have you tried Omniremote? It has to be trained, but i think that is not really a problem.

Seems to me that CLIE RMC program is basically not very useful program.
Perhaps Sony should learn something from Omniremote.

You'll notice that there is no ir port on the PS2. you need a small ir adaptor that takes up a mem slot. It may be possible if you already had the remote and lost the actual remote part and still have the ir port.
Not certain though.
