This version fixed bugs in beta 2.1:
1) The failure of launching apps from /Palm/Launcher/.
2) The errors with Tap & Hold menu.
3) And other related problems.

If you are using beta 2.1, upgrading to b2.2 is strongly recommended. Please let me know if you have encountered any other problems. Sorry for the inconvenience.
My testing shows that it fixes the launching and Tap & Hold problems, but McPhling stil locks up inside ZL when trying to launch its recent app list--already reported.

It did resolve problem(s) I was having with Avantgo, as well as QuickLaunch.

I'm working with Li on the McPhling problem at the moment. It seems to be related to the screen color depth and a bug in the Sony OS prior to version 5.

In my MS, /Palm/Launcher, I have a shortcut created by PhotoStand. But ZLauncher seems can't read nor show it, at least I can't find the icon anywhere. :Q

There is another application, Backupman, in the same directory but ZLauncher was able to show it, anyone know if this is related to the same issue or I should do something special to access that PhotoStand shortcut in ZLauncher? Thanks!

I'm getting a bit nervous about installing this version, as plain old V3.60B seems to be working great for me right now. Are there any major fixes over that version required right now that I should know about?

This beta is still a work in progress. The only "major" changes are SplashPhoto support, improved shortcut support, and it fixes some sorting problems.

It may be a case of that you are happy with what features it has and don't care much about bleeding edge releases, stick with the older officially released version.

The beta versions is to smoke out bugs and faults, so you may not be excited about it if it detracted from current functionality.

All the betas come with a disclaimer to use at your own risk. So there is nothing wrong if you want to wait until the final release. Always backup your Clie frequently and keep several of them, in case you have to fall back to an earlier date.

I am getting duplicates in the Recent list even though I have "Allow repeat Items" unchecked. The first in the repeat has the small icon while the rest are without and won't launch. If I launch an application 3 times, I'll have 3 repeats in the list.

Is anyone else having this issue and could those in the ZLauncher beta list please post this bug find to Li as I can't seem to send to the list through my subscribed email at the moment. Thanks.

I don't seem to be having the McPhling problem on my NR. Have tried with several different themes, backgrounds etc.

Nothing like that on my T665C, OS 4.1.

Hello Kenny,

I forwarded your post here to Li at ZZTech. I have not experienced this anomaly yet myself. I don't use the Recent List, so I am currently unable to verify.
