Post a list of your favorite hacks with a short description
EasyLaunch (Reconfigure hrdwr bttns, jog, back, and silk to launch apps)
MiddleCapsHack (easy capital letters with graffiti)
SilkHack (Configure your silk buttons into 4 quadrants to launch up to 4 apps from each silk button)
SnapCalc (THE BOMB! I love this hack. A pop up calc small enough to read numbers on your open app. You can even move the little guy around)
Switcheroo (Assign letters or numbers with an easy shortcut stroke to launch apps)
TimeOnContrast (I love this hack. Enhances your pop up contrast window to not only adjust the contrast but...toggle the IR, time, date, and battery)
Uninstall Hack (Keeps track of all databases and preferences associated with an app, even the secret ones)

It all depends on what OS is being used. Most hacks may not work in OS5.

So true...so true....<<SOB>>:(
I miss FontHack123 so I could replace the system fonts with Lubak's outstanding fonts.
I miss MiddleCapsHack, so I didn't have to make the stupid caps mark...
I miss TechSounds....no more cool beeps & whistles.

In order of importance (to me):
1. Crash - freeware that does the reset for you.
2. McPhling - gives quickest access to apps
3. MiddleCaps - great not having to worry about shift and shiftlock
4. MegaWiki - Piki actually. Wonderful for easy access to individual docs and stuff.
5. NoLines - gets rid of the annoying lines in memo
6. Mi: D - great dictionary always a swipe away
7. FindHack - wonderful upgrade to find function
8. ShadowLink - lets you jump from ToDo to the linked ShadowPlan item.

I miss MiddleCapsHack, though I use my keyboard for entry most of the time now on my NR, so it's not as big of a loss as I first thought.
My favorites that I can still use are:
FontHack123 - used with Lubak's fonts, makes my text look much better
ClearHack - gets rid of the annoying underlines in every field, such as in Datebook.
ClockPop - lets you assign a button (I use the Todo button) so that when you hold it down, a clock and system info pops up on the screen. With my NR, I already have a clock on the screen, so I use it more to display memory info
McPhling - launches recently used and favorite apps

In no particualar order:
Beam Receive Toggle- to save power by easily turning off BR when not in use.
Find Button Hack/Find hack- Divides the button up into segments/much better than the resident ap.
Graspeedy- puts cap's in the middle of the graffiti area (like middlecapshack or jot, but more stable IMHO).
KidZone- let's your kids play the games without screwing up your aps and settings.
MultiClipHack- extended clipboard
McPhling- seems to be on every list, saves time, but also great DA launcher.
Pagedownhack- essential on NR's
Pop Calc
Tappad. I use others, but I use Tappad every time I enter something in my Clie'
Crash
DA Launcher 4.1b1

Most of mine have already been metioned (crash, tappad, fonthack), but I also love energy dimmer, has mutiple profiles so I can have a different brightness for reading in bed, at work under the florescent lighting and so on. It will also dim your display after a certain time delay to save your battery.

I like most of the ones mentioned, and let me add these free hacks:
Graffiti Anywhere - allows you to write anywhere on the screen
ClockEveryWhere - a favorite of mine: it puts a tiny clock in the title bar on every screen!
VirtualKB - enhances the popup keyboard
Jogdaily - speeds up the jogdial movement. A must!

In no particulat order...
1. Afterburner Hack - I like this one compare to FastCPU, less eye candy, smaller size and it works for me without a glitch ;).
2. SelectDay - this one put the day selection form on steroid, gives you a monthly, quarterly, yearly view, and a day calculator. The view are fully customisable.
3. Keyboard Hack - similar to VirtualKB.
4. TechSound - make your PDA bleeping noisy. Cool.
5. Insidious Calc - now this is a GREAT idea. Why use a popup calc when you can do your calculation "on the spot"?
