I am wondering if you can buy a gift voucher for yourself?
You pay $29.95 (the price of two games) to buy three games.
Has anyone tried this as yet? I'd like to get a couple of games from this website...

Out of curiosiity but not criticism is there any game that you do not like??

There are lots. I do not post about bad games on Cliesource and I do not play them either.
If I have to do a review of them then I would give them a poor review! (If you want me to name a couple games then I would, it may spoil my relationship with the author if they see it ;))

Astraware IMHO makes by far the best games out. The best decision I made after buying my Clie was becoming a beta tester for Astraware. Now, they need to get going on a RPG.
yeah ill admit i love astraware...megasoft and mandmark makes quality looking games too but the filesizes of them are pretty large sometimes compared to the astraware sizes IMO.

Don't get me wrong for I'm grateful that a site reviewing Palm games exists. When I visited it to check out some games I found that most got great reviews. There is no way for me to distinguish the excellent games like Bejewelled from the mediocre ones if they all get similar reviews.
Like many people you say "yeah ill admit i love astraware" but reviewers are supposed to be impartial. Can you at least be more specific in terms of which games by Astraware you like the best?
Your comments could prove helpful to all of us.

I DON'T like all of Astraware's games! (Did I ever say that? If so, then sorry)
Their best games and the ones that I like best are: Insaniquarium, Rook's Revenge, Bejeweled, and Zap!2016.
Ricochet is borderline but I like Kickoo's Breakout much better.
I don't like many other games that they make since I am not so much into puzzles. I wasn't the one who said that all of Astraware's games were great.
Hope this helps but remember, this is only an opinion.
You seem to have many ideas for the site, they are probably really good. You should email them to me or BenT at BenT@PDArcade.com. You know my email address :).

I wish astrocommander worked for the NX (it's not an astraware game).

can't get the sound to work and is it supposed to be hires+
Massman82
02-03-2003, 10:49 PM
Nope, it's not supposed to be hi-res+. The sound should work. If you own a Sony OS 5, then do not install the OS 5 version. Install the Sony hi-res version! --That's for any Sony... If you install the OS 5 version then sound will not work. (Just beeps I think.)

Correct:)
Just demo'd it and will purchase tomorrow. It's outrageous.:D

Something must be wrong with me because I don't really care for it. My three-year old daughter, on the other hand, thinks it's great. "Feed the fish, Daddy! Feed the fish!"

Cute:)
I like it because it is just different. Beta testing was fun and Jan the programmer was very cool.

I like this game a lot, I've played the PopCap one for awhile, it's even nicer to have it on my Clie where I can pause it and come back later!

Astraware went above and beyond for me and resolved my problem to my great pleasure. I have to say they had great customer service and I am pleased with my outcome.
The only thing that slowed it down was my 8-9 hour time different delay.
