help! tg50 stays on!!

help my tg50 is stuck! it won't turn off, all I see is a white lit screen, hard reset won't help??????????????
please help?!?!?

but it still stays on...I am really worried

ok the problem is solved;
it took me 2 hours, but when I made a hard-reset for the 100th time it finally took the Palm screen!
I was installing Documents to go when it happened, not that I think this program is the problem, but when I performed a hot sync it started to move all my e-mail on my palm so it ran out off memory (dataviz?).......anyway it works again and I am cool again..............thanks for helping aOreZ
